The whole thing, before you apply
12 weeks, 6 gates
Published up front because you should be able to judge whether you can commit before you pay, not after. 93 lessons and 10 projects, paced across 12 weeks at about 15 hours a week.
Weeks 1–2
Foundations
Module 0 on-ramp, then the core of the curriculum. You build alone.
Gate 1 · week 2
Foundations
Your first solo build, graded against a withheld answer key. Passing opens the core block.
Weeks 3–4
Core craft
Harder builds, and you start reviewing other people's pull requests.
Gate 2 · week 4
Core craft
A harder solo build plus two peer reviews you write yourself — reading code is the skill nobody teaches.
Weeks 5–6
Squad build
Four people, one repo, rotating roles. PR-only, no pushing to main.
Gate 3 · week 6
Squad build
One repo, four people, pull requests only. Your individual contribution is audited from GitHub, so nobody passes on a teammate's work.
Weeks 7–8
Employer brief
A real problem from a hiring partner. They see the results.
Gate 4 · week 8
Employer brief
A real problem submitted by a hiring partner. They see a ranked, evidence-backed shortlist.
Weeks 9–10
Capstone
Your own project, then a recorded viva defending the code you wrote.
Gate 5 · week 10
Capstone and viva
Your own project, then twenty recorded minutes defending the code you wrote. The recording is attached to your credential.
Weeks 11–12
Hiring sprint
Not curriculum. CV, portfolio, applications, mock interviews, demo day.
Gate 6 · week 12
Hiring sprint
CV from your graded work, a public portfolio, ten tracked applications and a human mock interview.
What “you cannot skip” actually means
The next block does not open until the gate before it is passed. Failing one is not the end — you get a written reason, a remediation path and a second attempt inside a seven-day window. Fail twice and you defer to the next cohort at no extra cost, which is a far better outcome than being carried to a certificate that means nothing.
The pass bar and the exact thresholds are not published — a bar you can read is a bar you can do the minimum against. What is published is everything above: the shape, the weeks, and what each gate asks of you.
