How teaching works here.
Four steps, and the fourth is the point. You are not uploading a course to a marketplace; you are joining a programme that already has students, projects and a desk.
Step 1. Apply
Ten minutes: who you are, what you have built, which programmes you want to teach, and when you can.
Step 2. We talk
A 30-minute call with a founder. We look at what you have shipped and listen to how you explain it.
Step 3. You get the desk
An invite to the instructor desk: your cohort's roster, sessions and gates, and your public card on the programme page.
Step 4. You teach
Three live sessions a week on Zoom, from your own account. We handle enrolment, payment, attendance and recordings.
The recorded lessons carry the lecturing. Live time is for the three things a recording cannot do: review, unblock and decide.
What we look for.
Four things, and the first is not negotiable.
- Built it, for real
- Years of shipping the thing the programme teaches, not slides about it. The class is a live code review of a stranger's work; that only goes well if you have done the work yourself.
- Can hold a room
- Thirty people, an evening, a submission on screen. You can find the interesting mistake, say why it matters and keep everyone with you.
- Twelve weeks of showing up
- A cohort runs on your reliability. The Monday class happens every Monday; a gate decision arrives when it is due.
- Plain English
- You can explain a hard thing simply. Where you are from and how you sound do not matter; whether people understand you does.
What you get.
The parts of teaching that are usually the unpaid parts, done.
- The curriculum, written
- Every bootcamp is six two-week blocks, six deployed projects and six gates, already authored. You teach it and shape it; you do not start from a blank page.
- A desk, not a spreadsheet
- Roster, sessions, gate results and attendance in one place, scoped to your cohort. Zoom sessions are created under your own account, so you start them as host.
- Students who chose it
- Everyone in the room applied, passed an assessment and paid. They are there to be reviewed, not to be entertained.
- Paid per cohort
- A rate agreed before the cohort starts, in writing, with what is recorded and how it is reused.
- Your name on the page
- A public card on the programmes you teach: headline, photo, LinkedIn. Off until you turn it on.

Guest lectures, project reviews and a seat on a viva panel are smaller doors into the same room. Say so in the note on the form and we will find the right first thing.
