What time are the live online sessions?
In your working hours, on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Bangladesh has no daylight saving, so the time never moves. Sri Lanka, where Square1 Ai is registered, is half an hour behind. Sessions are three hours, on Zoom.
How is this different from a workshop or an IT course?
A workshop is a day, and an IT course trains one person at a time over months. Square1 Ai trains your team together on its own work: each person placed by a readiness test, taught live, graded by Nova and measured again at week 12, with a report for leadership.
Do our people need to know how to code?
No. Most of a team is placed into a role track: AI applied to marketing, finance, sales, operations, project management and the other jobs people already do, with no code. The people who do write code take the technical tracks. Both are taught by building and graded the same way.

The World Bank’s South Asia Development Update (October 2025) found Bangladesh’s exposure to AI well below the regional average today, and warned that young workers in entry-level office roles such as customer service and data entry are the most at risk as AI spreads.
