Clinical Workforce Credentialing

Mandatory training, competency attestation and revalidation — with the audit trail a regulator inspects.

Stage gate · 0 of 4 gates passed

Who it's for

Healthcare providers' L&D and compliance teams — the people who track who has done which mandatory training, and prove it at inspection.

Why we can win it

It is the problem Square 1 already solves — graded competency with an audit trail — reached through the L&D buyer rather than the clinical one. No patient data in v1, so a dramatically lower regulatory floor.

The internal user

None. This is the only product in the line with no internal user, which is why it goes last and only through a named design partner.

Metric, and its counter-metric

Before build: a signed design partner. Binary. After build: nothing, for at least two quarters. This product should be boring for a long time.

The gates

A stage advances when its gate is passed — not when a deadline arrives.

  1. gate

Domain research only. No product code. now

Gate: A named provider organisation, a named clinical stakeholder, and a written problem statement, agreed in writing

  2. v0

Mandatory-training tracking and attestation for the partner, no PHI

Gate: The partner's next inspection passes using our audit trail

  3. v1

    Revalidation cycles; a second partner

Gate: SOC 2 Type II observation window started

  4. v2

    Anything touching patient data

Gate: HIPAA attestation and SOC 2 Type II complete — a duration, not an exam

What we refuse to build

  • Any product touching patient data before a signed design partner and a completed SOC 2 Type II window.
  • Selling first and complying after. Healthcare buyers require the attestation before signing.

Become the design partner

The next gate is a named organisation. If that could be yours, tell us the problem in your own words. A founder replies, personally. Nothing to buy, nothing to sign.

What we’re asking for: A provider organisation and a named clinical stakeholder who will put the problem in writing. Not an intro. Not interest.
