GTM Engineer
Existing role · no code
Builds the machine the sales and marketing teams work inside, without code: the ideal customer as data, lists that rebuild themselves, enrichment with a confidence on every cell, a scoring model with reasons, outreach with a check before a person sends, routing in minutes, and a dashboard with one number per stage.
Also advertised as: Go-to-Market Engineer, Growth Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, Sales Systems Lead.
What the job involves
- Define the ideal customer profile as fields with a source, derived from who bought and stayed
- Build and de-duplicate account lists as a repeatable query over registries, lookups and the CRM
- Enrich accounts through a waterfall of sources with a confidence and a date on every value
- Score accounts on fit and intent with weights drawn from renewal data and a reason per line
- Run outreach as a research, angle, draft, check chain that a person sends, within spam and privacy law
- Automate the hand-offs with no-code tools, route replies in minutes, and measure the funnel with attribution
