Fits when your company is standardising on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Google Gemini or AWS and wants people trained on that tool.

Which telecom teams should train first?
Fraud and anti-spam, where AI already flags calls and SIMs; network planning and operations, where AI forecasts faults; and customer care, where AI assistants answer first. The readiness test places each person, so a NOC engineer and a care agent do not sit the same course.
What has TRAI said about AI?
In its July 2023 recommendations on AI and big data in telecoms, TRAI called for a risk-based framework, with legally binding obligations for high-risk uses that directly affect people, and proposed an independent AI and data authority. We found no such authority set up as of October 2026.
Is there a telecom AI qualification in India?
The Telecom Sector Skill Council publishes an AI and ML Junior Telecom Data Analyst qualification at NSQF level 4, a 450-hour curriculum. It builds a new analyst; our courses train the people already in your teams, live, on your own work.
Does the training cover the DPDP Act?
Yes, as it applies to AI tools that read subscriber data. The DPDP Rules 2025 were notified in November 2025, and the core duties apply from 13 May 2027. The training is not legal advice.
What does a Sprint build for a telecom company?
